Note to Readers: Search the Peeper!

In response to several requests, I've added a custom Google search engine to my blog. It's located at the bottom of the white sidebar on the right-hand side of the page. I hope this will make it easier for you to find information on the site.

As always, I welcome your feedback and suggestions. Thanks, and enjoy!

(To learn how to create a custom Google search engine on your own website or blog, please read my response to a question in the comments to this post.)

Could you please tell us how you did this wonderful thing? I've been sensing the need for something similar, because the Blogger search bar doesn't work very well. Thanks!

Yes, of course.

Start here: http://www.google.com/coop/cse/

On the right hand side of that page, you'll see a blue button that says "Create a Custom Search Engine." Click on that and follow each step. At the end, you'll get some code; add it to your Blogger site by creating a new HTML/Java page element using the Template function.

If you have any problems, get back in touch and I'll try to help.
